Moyasar Dashboard: Export Reports

Overview



In Moyasar dashboard, you can export reports of your transactions while using the search feature. This means that you can filter your transactions based on specific criteria, such as date range or payment method, and then export only the filtered results. This feature helps you to quickly generate reports that are tailored to your specific needs, saving you time and making it easier to analyze your transaction data.


Getting Started



Go to https://dashboard.moyasar.com and login to your account.
After signing in, click on the Payments or Invoices tab in the sidebar navigation.

Here is an example, if you want to see all transactions made through credit card payments during a specific month, you can use the search feature to filter the results accordingly.

2. Then export them as a CSV file by clicking on the "Export" button.

3. You will receive the exported report on the email you signed in with.

Troubleshooting



If you are having trouble exporting your transactions, make sure that you have selected the correct date range and payment method filter. If the filter criteria are not set properly, the report may not contain the transactions you are looking for.

Check if you have enabled pop-ups in your browser settings. Sometimes, exporting a report requires opening a new pop-up window, and if pop-ups are blocked, the export feature may not work as expected.
