Moyasar Dashboard: Refunding Payments

Overview


The Refund feature in Moyasar dashboard allows you to refund payments to customers' bank accounts or credit cards. It helps you provide good customer service and manage your payments effectively.



Mada and Credit card refunds take up to 14 days (depending on the Merchants bank) to be deposited in the buyer’s bank account.



Getting Started


  1. Go to https://dashboard.moyasar.com and Login to your account.
  2. Click on the Payments tab
  3. Search for the payment using the Payment ID Filter
  4. Click on the payment you want to be refunded.



Issuing Refunds


You can get started with issuing a refund by clicking the refund button

Full Refund


To issue a full refund enter the full amount of the transaction. (by default it will refund the full amount)

Partial Refund


To issue a partial refund, enter the amount you want to partially refund.(minimum 1.00)

Here you can see the refunded amount.
